What is the SEO & How SEO works

What is SEO

  •  SEO is the art and science of persuading search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo to recommend your content to users as the best solution to a problem.

If you want search engines to serve your content in the results, you must do three things:

Make sure these search engines understand who you are and what you provide.

Convince them that you are the most trusted choice for your users.

makes your content deliverable. The rating and how often it appears depends on the results; these engines will display the results they think are best suited to users.

  •  Why is SEO important?

Search Engine Optimization gives you the most valuable traffic (also known as organic traffic), which is "free". When search engines show your content to users in the organic part of the SERP (search engine results page), you can't pay for ranking. When a user clicks on a result and visits your website, they don't have to pay Google for the visit. This briefly describes the purpose of SEO. There are often paid results in the same SERP; They can be identified by the "advertising" icon on the left. When a user clicks on a paid result and visits the website, the advertiser pays the search engine for the visit.

  •  SERP Result Example: Paid and Free

So for advertising, you have to pay to be the top, top, and middle merit, and it's free. A big advantage of SEO traffic is that if the selected search engine optimization strategy is effective (we will study how to achieve this below), then it is a continuous source of free traffic.

  • How does the search engine work?

The basic goal of search engine is to satisfy its users. They want to provide the best results when users search for something. When someone uses a search engine like Google, Bing, or Yahoo, they are looking for solutions to problems or answers to problems. These engines hope to provide the most useful, relevant and credible answers or solutions.

  •  Keywords In SEO,

we often mention "keywords", this is a bit misleading. "Search query" is a better term. We are not looking at individual words; we are studying word combinations that express problems or questions.

How Google Works Google said:

"We are organizing web content." This is a beautiful way of expression. Google organizes web content so that it can provide its users with the best answers or solutions to their problems. You can think of this as Google as the reference system for all information on the web. It maintains a reference to each page (and the information it contains), and then when someone requests specific information, Google can point them to the content that best provides answers or solutions.

The word "algorithm" may sound scary, but it is just computer code that understands the question and evaluates the relative merits of the answer. In SEO, we mainly focus on the second part. Our goal is to send the correct signal to Google’s algorithms, to convince you that our answers are the best, most useful, and best suited to the questions you understand.
